Director & Creative Head   ADDS     Anuj is the owner and founder of ADDS and the key person of the team as the Creative Head. A creative mind with a strong sense of business objectives and a clear vision of excellence in the retail arena, Anuj has always contributed with excellence with his experience in Retail space design. He was instrumental in the team at Saatchi & Saatchi X, winning POPAI OMA AWARDS 2011 for it's work on P&G BABY WORLD and Cadbury Celebrations Diwali Activation and has headed creative teams on several retail design projects and shopper activations while his past endeavors with CHEIL INDIA, SAATCHI & SAATCHI X, REDIFFUSION Y&R, SHARK DESIGN.   Anuj has an expertise in retail design and design strategy starting with his educational qualification in Architecture and Industrial Design Degree from NID to his work experience with some of the best in the country. A clear understanding and ability to convert complex layers into simpler matrix helps the company in deciding the creative strategy on most projects.
